Midazolam (Versed): onset of action 3-5 minutes, half-life of 1-4 hours
Fentanyl: onset of action nearly immediate; duration of action is 30-60 minutes. 100 mcg of fentanyl equivalent to 10 mg morphine.
Alteplase: half-life is < 5 minutes
Heparin: half-life is 90 minutes
Ondansetron (Zofran): half-life is 5.7 hours
Flumazenil (Benzo-reversal): onset of action 1-2 minutes; initial dose is 0.2 mg IV over 15-30 seconds
Naloxone (Opiate-reversal): onset of action 2 minutes; initial dose is 0.4-2mg, can give every 2-3 minutes
